Christelle Marie Armonio is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Remote Assistant Solutions (RAS), a Philippine-based Virtual Assistant agency dedicated to connecting businesses around the world with exceptional Filipino talent.
Driven by a passion for helping both businesses and professionals succeed, Christelle founded RAS with a clear vision: to showcase the world-class skills, professionalism, and dedication of Filipino Virtual Assistants while creating meaningful work-from-home opportunities that empower individuals to build sustainable careers without leaving their families and communities.
She believes that Filipino professionals possess the talent, resilience, and work ethic to compete on a global stage. Through Remote Assistant Solutions, her goal is not only to help international businesses build reliable remote teams but also to contribute to the continued growth and recognition of the Philippine remote workforce.
Christelle earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication, majoring in Broadcasting, in 2020. Committed to continuous learning and personal development, she later completed 16 units in Professional Education and successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT) in May 2024. Her educational background strengthened her communication, leadership, training, people development skills, and qualities that continue to shape her leadership style today.
Before establishing RAS, Christelle built her career across various industries, gaining valuable experience in customer service, digital marketing, operations, content creation, project coordination, and virtual assistance. Working with both local and international businesses gave her firsthand insight into the evolving needs of modern organizations and the growing demand for highly skilled remote professionals. These experiences inspired her to create an agency that delivers more than staffing services—it builds long-term partnerships founded on trust, quality, and shared success.
